When creating a workspace and creating a mosaic dataset that is used as a source for the stereo model (or stereo visualization) with SOCET SET and using the regional configuration Spanish - Spain, the mosaic is not created and returns several errors.

This issue is fixed in ArcGIS Pro 3.6.

Workaround

If the region English (USA) is used, follow the same workflow.
