When creating a survey using Survey123 for ArcGIS Connect, setting a default value for the select_one question type removes all other choices from the list when accessing the survey.

Additional Information

This is by designed. When the appearance is set to Autocomplete with a default value, Autocomplete limits the choice with the value user keys in the field and, if there is a default value set to the field, the default value only displays in the choice list. Once the user clears the text or value of the field, a full list is displayed. This behavior only applies when the appearance is set to Autocomplete and a default value is set for the select_one question.
