When creating a QuickCapture project using an existing layer with the 'Create a web map containing selected layers and link to project' option enabled, the warning message, "You do not have access to the layers in this project" is returned.

Workaround

1. Create and save a new web map with the desired layer or layers.
2. Open the QuickCapture project.
3. Click on the Map icon.
4. Select Change and choose the map created in step 1.
5. Move the map to the same folder that contains the QuickCapture project.
