When creating a pop-up that returns an image in Map Viewer, if an attribute table field is used for the alternative text field, the HTML tag for the alternative text returns the title given to the pop-up, and not what is entered for the alternative text.

Workaround

Enter the alternative text directly from the text box. However, this is still an accessibility issue.
