Bug
When creating a new project in the Intelligence Configuration for ArcGIS Pro solution (version 2.0.1) with the ICAP template, the .aprx file is renamed to "ICAP" no matter what name a user has specified. Additionally, creating a new ICAP project in a folder with a previous project named ICAP automatically overwrites the previous project without warning.

Additional Information
Starting at 2.4, ICAP was renamed to ArcGIS Pro for Intelligence and many enhancements were included. At 2.4, ArcGIS Pro for Intelligence includes the components (Tasks, map notes, styles) that were in the ICAP project template with the application so that they appear in every project.Workaround
- Create a new ICAP template project in the ICAP Solution software. The project is automatically named ICAP no matter what name is specified.
- Locate the .aprx file in File Explorer. Right click, and rename the project to whatever the user wants.
- Reopen ICAP. Select Open another project. Browse to the renamed file, and open the project. Project now has whatever name the user needs.
