Bug
When creating a new project in ArcGIS Pro using the Blank project template, using two periods in the project title removes the second period and all subsequent characters.

Additional Information
For example, 'Project 1.1.1' turns into 'Project 1.1' and/or 'Pro.Ject.1' turns into 'Proj.Ject'.Workaround
- Do not use more than one period in the title name if using the Blank project template.
- Use the map template when creating a new project.
