When creating a multiple distance buffer using the Create Buffers tool in Map Viewer Classic, any buffer created does not honor the multiple distance buffer Rings setting and instead outputs all buffer layers as Disks.

Map Viewer Classic is being deprecated. Use Map Viewer instead.Workaround
Splitting the polygons in ArcGIS Pro achieves the desired output, but it is significantly more time-consuming.
