Additional Information

A workaround for this issue is to set all imagery to Web Mercator to ensure all raster images will load in the mobile map packages in the ArcGIS Field Maps mobile app. In addition, it seems to only be a problem for the TIF and JP2 rasters. Users can work around it by converting to JPG, PNG, or IMG raster. This allows them to use their coordinate system of choice.

Workaround

  • The map in ArcGIS Pro must be set to Web Mercator to ensure all raster images are loaded in the mobile map packages in the ArcGIS Field Maps mobile app.
  • Convert to the JPG, PNG, or IMG raster. This allows them to use their coordinate system of choice.
