When creating a Geocode service from a file geodatabase locator ArcGIS Server manager adds an extra backslash in the path causing the service creation to fail.

Additional Information

As of version 10.1, the Server Manager application built on the .NET Web ADF technology is no longer being developed or having issues fixed.

Manually delete the extra slash
