Bug
When creating a custom style in ArcGIS Pro which displays the dimensions in real-world units, the symbol does not display at a size smaller than 1 meter in the Layers Properties window.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.5.Workaround
Add a second shape marker to New Style, and uncheck the original shape marker.
