When creating a custom print tool in ArcGIS Pro, the copyright information does not carry over (for Map_Only and PDF) to the exported map for vector tile basemaps.

Workaround

Using the default print service (Web AppBuilder):

1. Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS
2. Add the Print Widget
3. Configurations of the Widget
   1. Service URL (leave the default) (https://utility.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/Utilities/PrintingTools/GPServer/Export%20Web%20Map%20Task)
   2. Default title, Default author, Default copyright (Leave the default)
   3. Default Format: PDF
   4. Default Layout: Map_Only

The exported PDF will give a copyright text on the bottom right hand corner
