Bug
When copying and pasting text from a Word document into a text field configured to Rich Text for a feature in ArcGIS Online, the inputted text does not display in the pop-up and attribute table.

This issue will not be addressed in the current release cycle. If this is still a concern, contact Esri Support Services.Workaround
- Use Multiple Line for TextBox Type instead of Rich Text.
- After pasting text copied from a Word document into the Rich Text field, click on the Outdent button before saving the changes.
