When copying a graphic and text from a smaller dimension map to a larger dimension, the graphic is scaled to a larger size but the text font size remains the same.

Currently, we have no plans to address this issue.Workaround
In ArcGIS 10.1 Service Pack 1: After creating the graphic in the smaller MXD, change the page layout to the exact size of the larger MXD. Copy the graphic to the larger MXD. This maintains the relative size variations. This works in ArcGIS 10.0 and 9.3.1.This also works in ArcGIS Pro. There are no plans at this time to resolve this for 10.x.Steps to Reproduce
