Bug

When converting labels to annotation on a Store/Customer layer, the Maplex message returned is that it is not enabled. After selecting OK the Convert button remains grayed out no matter what changes are made.

Additional Information

This is fixed in 10.1 because Maplex will be included at all levels of ArcGIS Desktop.

Workaround

For Business Analyst users who have not purchased Maplex use ArcGIS Administrator to start a 60-day trial.
