When converting a string to an international date format with ArcGIS Pro's GeoAnalytics Desktop Tools' Calculate Field with Arcade, it rounds down the output day by one.

Additional Information
With the conversion of time to UTC, this is an expected result. It's not rounding down but instead converting to UTC, which shifts the time a few hours based on the time zone.Workaround
The issue is not reproducible with USA Date/Time fields (mm/dd/yyyy).
