When consuming a KML Network Link created from aerial imagery in Google Earth, any pixel value of 255, 255, 255 is turned transparent.

Open the image in ArcMap and open the properties. On the Symbology Tab, check the box for "Display Background Values as: (R,G,B)" and make the 255 255 255 something like 255 255 254.Steps to Reproduce
