When connected to Portal for ArcGIS in ArcMap, My Hosted Services in the Catalog pane only shows services published directly from ArcMap to the My Hosted Services (Portal for ArcGIS) connection. All other hosted services are absent from My Hosted Services in the Catalog pane.

Workaround

In ArcMap, use Add Data > Add Data from ArcGIS Portal in the upper toolbar to view and load all Portal contents. Alternatively, if Portal and ArcGIS Server are federated, access services through a GIS Server connection.
