Bug
When configuring the Infographic widget with a hosted layer that exceeds the JavaScript API thresholds for feature counts, in on-demand mode, and 'Filter by extent' is checked and disabled, the feature counts and field statistics are inaccurate.

Workaround
Add the layer as an extra data source from the Attribute tab (set All records, not service limit) and configure the widget to reference the extra data source layer, rather than the map layer.Steps to Reproduce
