When configuring the image display order on a dynamic imagery layer with the mosaic method to 'By Attribute' using a date field, the highest priority value (date) is not saved in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer.

Additional Information

The set date is preserved when reopening the Image Display Order pane.

Workaround

  • Configure the image display order in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer Classic
  • Add a filter where the acquisition date attribute is before or after the desired date.
