When configuring Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) with the ArcGIS Enterprise portal, if the userPassword parameter is incorrectly specified as UserPassword, the protocol fails to encrypt the user's password and cannot connect to LDAP. However, no errors are displayed.

Please use the correct password value. If the password value is "userPassword", please replace it with a strong password.

Workaround

Change the UserPassword parameter to userPassword.
