When configuring a form in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer, a message appears saying "Default values can be set on the Templates tab", but the Templates tab is missing.

Additional Information
This issue is no longer reproducible in the current version of ArcGIS Online, as there is no longer a Default Value section of the Smart Form configuration when editing in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer. In order to configure Default Values in the form, the map must be opened in ArcGIS Field Maps Designer, where the Templates tab is accessible. If the issue persists, contact Esri Support Services.Workaround
The Templates tab is present when configuring the form in the ArcGIS Field Maps web app.
