When configuring a distributed collaboration workspace service proxy, if the viewer credentials contain a colon, layers shared across the collaboration fail to leverage service proxy functionality.

This defect is fixed in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.0, which is to be released in July 2022.

Workaround

Do not utilize a colon in the password.
