When configuring a constraint and input mask on a text type question, the input mask message takes priority in the web app and there is no way to configure this message.

Additional Information

1. When both input mask and constraint are added, the input mask message shows first. This is an expected behavior on the web app, the input mask validation message has higher priority than constraint message. 2. The input mask message displays on text type questions, while the constraint message displays on number type questions. This is because the input mask is only supported on the single-line text question. 3. The input mask message cannot be changed might be an valid enhancement issue. A separate enhancement issue will be created for this.
