Bug
When configured in a smart form in ArcGIS Field Maps, feature services with a related table published to ArcGIS Enterprise with the foreign key field (type: GUID) unchecked for 'Allow Null' values display the foreign key as a mandatory field.

Additional Information
This is as designed. Any field that 'Allow Nulls = False' is required to be in the form. If the field is not in the form, submission of the form fails in the mobile app.Workaround
Toggle on the 'Allow Null' parameter in the GUID field and the smart form does not display the GUID field as a mandatory option in ArcGIS Field Maps for ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1.
