When cloning a Python environment with custom modules in ArcGIS Server, IDLE for ArcGIS Pro automatically detects the new environment, but IDLE for ArcGIS Server does not.

Workaround

Running scripts that use modules in newly cloned Python environments through IDLE for ArcGIS Pro appears to work without issue.
