Bug
When clicking a linked image or button widget in an ArcGIS Experience Builder web application, the page that the user is redirected to does not open at the top of the page by default. The new page does not open in a new window when set to do so.

Workaround
The issue does not occur if the user does not need scroll down to access the linked image or button widgets (for example, if there is no large image/header above the linked image or button widgets).
