Bug
When choosing to share Esri default basemaps to a group when saving in the Basemap Gallery groups in ArcGIS Online, the option for vector basemaps reverts to raster basemaps upon saving.

This is as designed. The 'Share the Esri default basemaps…' option is not a stateful selection and is not tracked. When the option is checked, it is for a one-time share of the selected basemap type to that selected group.Steps to Reproduce
