When changing user permissions through ArcCatalog on a Spatial View, an Error 999999 is generated. The requested process runs as normal with privileges being modified as expected.

Description
When changing user permissions through ArcCatalog on a Spatial View, an Error 999999 is generated.Cause
This is a software defect introduced at 10.0 SP3: NIM075477.This applies to spatial views created using SDEBINARY storage when accessed via ArcGIS 10.0 SP3 or later.
Workaround
The underlying function executes successfully. The error message can be ignored.Steps to Reproduce
