Bug
When changing the time enabled field in ArcMap and then overwriting a hosted feature service the previous time enabled field changes to ‘1969’ when configured in the pop-up when accessing that feature layer in the same Web Map in ArcGIS Online.

Issue is only reproducible when the "date" fields in ArcMap were actually long or short integer data type. Date fields must use data type: date.Steps to Reproduce
