When changing the response to relevant questions in ArcGIS Survey123, a choice filter question freezes.

Workaround
- Change the Example 1 question to 'yes' again.
- Unselect the response to Example 2 so that it says '-Please Select-'.
- Change Example 1 back to 'no" to be given options in the type question drop-down.
