When changing the font size of the text linked to a data field in desktop mode, the font size changes and reflects in the mobile view although the mobile view is set to custom in ArcGIS Experience Builder.

This behavior is by default. Custom option for mobile means you widgets can be rearrange and resize (doc https://doc.arcgis.com/en/experience-builder/build-apps/design-for-mobile-devices.htm). But the widget's settings are be kept. The font size of the text is one of the Text widget settings. So changing the font size in any device mode will affect other devices. To have a smaller font size for mobile, pend the original text and add a new one.Steps to Reproduce
