When changing the data type from Integer to Date, the number format shows blank values.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.5.Workaround
- Change the data type from ‘Integer’ to ‘Date’ and save the project.
- Remove the feature class from the map and re-add it to the map. Now in Fields, the Data type is ‘Date’ and the number format shows formatting values related to the ‘Date’ data type.
