When changing projection from KSA-GRF17 to WGS_1984_1 in ArcGIS Enterprise portal using the Project tool, the output of the layer is shifted in the map.

Workaround

Use the second option which is, Ain_El_Abd_To_WGS_1984_2 + Ain_el_Abd_To_KSA-GRF17_1 to get the desired output.
