Bug

When changing from Standard Label Engine to Maplex Label Engine in the Data Frame Properties dialog box, the rotate labels option on the Labeling Options dialog box is changed to not rotate with the data frame.

Workaround

Change the label engine from the Label toolbar and the label rotation with the data frame will be maintained.
