Bug
When changing Data Source for a layer in ArcGIS Pro, sometimes the feature layer name is listed, and other times it is the Metadata title.

Additional Information
When renaming a portal item, only the item is renamed. The official title as defined in the metadata document does not have to correspond to the name described in the portal item. In ArcGIS Pro, Esri strive to keep those in sync as much as possible, there are times when user may want them to be different, and thus they are allowed to diverge.Workaround
- Restart ArcGIS Pro.
- Log out and back into Portal in ArcGIS Pro.
- Do not look at feature layers in Catalog View before changing Data Source.
