When automatic registration of enterprise accounts are set to true for portal for ArcGIS 10.5 configured with a SAML compliant identity provider, the named user added does not contain the properties firstName and lastName.

Save the user profile after an enterprise account is automatically added to the portal to allow the named user to have the first name and last name properties.
