When authorizing ArcGIS for Server, a redundant keycodes file is placed in C:\Program Files(x86)\ESRI\License10.2\sysgen in addition to C:\Program Files\ESRI\License10.2\sysgen.

Additional Information

This is as designed to allow both 32-bit and 64-bit Software Authorization Wizards to be able to read the corresponding sysgen/keycodes location.

Workaround

Manually navigate to the duplicate keycodes file and remove it.
