When attempting to synchronize a large mobile geodatabase, the synchronize operation fails and returns the error, "Invalid access: error getting length of file for upload".

This issue is fixed in the ArcGIS Runtime SDK versions 100.13 and above. Upgrade to the latest versions to take benefit of the quality fixes. If the issue persists, contact Esri Support Services.
