When attempting to publish a service from a registered data store that is connected via the geodatabase's historical version, the server fails to recognize the data as coming from a registered data store.

Additional Information

This issue is fixed in ArcGIS Pro 3.6.

Workaround

Create a service definition file with 'No Server Connection', and upload it to ArcGIS Server Manager.
