When attempting to open an ArcGIS Field Maps public map URL link on an Android device, the link redirects to the ArcGIS Field Maps download page, even if the mobile app is already installed.

This behavior is not to be addressed as there are other viable workflows for launching ArcGIS Field Maps via an app link. Contact arcgisfieldmaps@esri.com with a detailed use case about why this workflow is preferred over other app link methods.Workaround
- Open the link from a messaging app such as Microsoft Teams.
- Utilize QR codes to execute the app link.
