Bug
When attempting to generate a token in ArcGIS GIS Server 10.4.1 configured with Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA), entering a bad password results in an increase of two to the users' badpwdcount attribute in Active Directory, causing their account to be locked out twice as fast.
