Additional Information
Attachments for file and audio questions are not supported when editing a survey in the ArcGIS Survey123 field app. This is a known limitation as described in https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/desktop/get-answers/knownissuesgetanswers.htm#anchor11.Workaround
