When ArcGIS for Server and Portal for ArcGIS are installed on the same Windows Server 2012 R2 machine, only one Software Authorization Wizard present in the All Programs menu. The Software Authorization Wizard is for ArcGIS for Server and not for Portal for ArcGIS.

Additional Information

The software authorization wizard is the same and can be used for all server products.

Workaround

Create a shortcut on the desire machine using the below link. "C:\Program Files\Common Files\ArcGIS\bin\SoftwareAuthorization.exe" /p Portal /Ver 10.3
