When ArcGIS Data Interoperability, and ArcGIS Mapping and Charter are installed and not turned on in the Customize menu, ArcCatalog crashes when connecting to and handling data in an Oracle database.

- Check Data Interoperability in the Customization menu.
- Uninstall either ArcGIS Data Interoperability or ArcGIS Mapping and Charting.
- Upgrade to ArcMap 10.7.0.
