When applying the SceneView.goTo() function in the SceneView promise in a SceneView initialized at a very low level, the camera loops continuously in ArcGIS API for JavaScript 4.5 apps.

Additional Information

The goTo() function uses constraints based on the loaded elevation, which is different without or with the one second wait.

Workaround

Set 'camera.tilt' or wait for 'view.updating = false'.
