Bug

When applying a unique value symbology where the top most symbol for the layer is an empty symbol and the feature layer has over 4000 features, the features do not display properly on the map if WebGL is utilized.

This works fine in Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

Workaround

Change the order of the symbolized features and republish the service to ArcGIS Online.
