When applying a layer symbology using the Apply Symbology From Layer tool in ArcGIS Pro, any unrecognized classes are given a random symbol instead of classified as all other values.

Use the Default option for the Update Symbology Ranges By Data parameter to load new unique values that are not in the lyrx file into the category.
