When appending data, if the source has an attribute rule assigned to a field and the target does not, the field does not automatically match when using field mapping.

While the issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.1.2, it is fixed in the upcoming 3.2 release. It is advisable to migrate to version 3.2 as soon as it is released.Steps to Reproduce
