Bug

When another user (test2) connects using direct connection syntax "sde:oracle_release:/:<user_schema>;LOCAL=<tnsnames_entry>" and tries to change version, it fails with error: "Failed to connect to the specified server".

Workaround

--Use one of the following direct connection syntax instead:1) sde:oracle_release:/:user_schema (e.g., sde:oracle11g:/:Thor) --> Specify "@tnsnames_entry" after password in password column.2) sde:oracle_release:<tnsnames_entry>:user_schema (e.g., sde:oracle11g:foo:Thor) --Specify only password in password column.
