Bug
When an image service is published from a mosaic dataset and added to a map document, the 'Flip Roads' and 'Flip Roads and Swap Parity' tools on the Address Editing toolbar, which comes with the Address Management add-in, return the following error message, "The RoadCenterline layers were not found."
